Well mannered, well dressed. Quite the gentlemen so far. Elsa bowed slightly to him as well, scrutinizing the prince. Hopefully, something good would come from this meeting.
He was being extra careful, she could tell, though it only showed through his speech. Elsa had grown accustomed to this sort of behavior towards her over the years; it came with royal status.
“So, Prince Eugene, I trust you have been getting along well in Arendelle since your arrival, yes?”
“Uh, yes– yes I have been.” He would neglect to inform her that a few of his old habits had made themselves present during the visit. It was nothing harmful, just a couple of.. five finger discounts here and there. Changing the subject might be the better option right now. “–is it usually this cold though? I mean, I’m only really noticing it in here.”
She was always wary meeting people for the first time, but Elsa gave a small smile when she saw the man before her.
”Pleased to make your acquaintance,” Elsa greeted him pleasantly.
