to use my improvising skills that

adventure one of these days. But
maybe this time not to a pub invested with
singing and dancing thugs.
And lastly, I’m not the best cooker
in the world, but since I’ve began
learning from the cook in the castle,
I’d like to say I’m becoming quite
the future King. If anything, I can
sell baked goods to make a living.”
All Rapunzel did was look at him. Whatever small talk was she didn’t think this was it but just in case she didn’t answer. She truly was interested after all, birthdays were the best day of the years. “We’ll have to change that,” she answered with a not, forgetting it basically insinuated they’d see each other again — which was impossible. “I think that’s a very nice birthday, really close to the beginning of fall. Fall’s my second favorite season followed by summer and then winter,” she paused. “Spring is my favorite for obvious reasons…”
The blonde paused again and scooted closer, “We should celebrate both our birthdays tomorrow. Make up for all the uneventful ones you’ve had. I won’t take no for an answer. It’s the day you were born and I for one really appreciate you being born.”
To be honest– even though he wasn’t one for living in the past, she brought something new out of him that he hadn’t experienced before. A sort of unfamiliar innocence. Even though all they were doing was talking about birthdays, it meant more to him then she’d know – or he’dever know. Listening to her talk, it was obvious that he was enjoying the little conversation. She got so happy over the simplest things ; a rule that he had to learn growing up. Though his dream was to own a castle of his own and have unlimited amounts of money, it was moments like these that were better than anything money could buy.
“Together, huh? Well, since you said you’re not taking no for an answer, I guess I don’t have much c h o i c e.”
Her words rang in his ears;
she was grateful that he
was born– and she was
certainly the first to think that.

Rapunzel adjusted her own hat behind him and nodded at the idea. It would be a pretty fun sight if everyone in Corona started wearing hats like these. In any case, these were a gift and they should be seen wearing them at one point or another. Rapunzel just never took him as a hat guy.
“They’ll say, ‘oh wow. I wonder where they got those neat hats?’ and someone else will reply ’quite right madam, those hats are indeed a conversational starter’ and then everyone will be talking about the flower princess and duck prince.”
